Rega of Paris handles your sale from beginning to end. Preparation includes sorting, pricing, merchandising, advertising and conducting the sale. Our staff will price merchandise based on the current market value. We will take pictures of the furnishings and other items and display them on our site prior to the sale and send out announcements to our subscriber list. Additionally we advertise in the local newspapers and put up signs. During the sale, we provide safety and security of the merchandise, handle the bookkeeping and provide friendly and professional customer service.

Who needs to have an Estate Sale?
Individuals who are moving into a retirement or nursing home, estate executors as well as those moving out of state or downsizing.

What kinds of items sell?
Everything! Furniture, clothing, appliances, jewelry, artwork, antiques, collectibles, garden equipment, tools, etc.

Do you sell EVERYTHING?
Although no estate sale service can claim to sell 100% of the household, during a sale we will typically sell between 80-95% of the items for the sale. Items of value that do not sell can be placed on consignment at our shoppe at the normal 50% commission. Additionally, we can arrange to have remaining items picked up by a local charity for a tax deduction or taken to auction.

What is the commission?
We typically charge a 40% commission of the gross sales.
